Ubuntu "The Greatest Neighborhood Café"

Penthouse vibes. Super friendly and youthful staff. Beautiful dishes served on nice stoneware. Delicious food? Meh. It was fine. The drinks were watery, though, and the portions were very small and less delicious than they looked. The quiche was probably the best tasting food item. The cheese puffs were also good and, surprisingly, gluten free. And did I mention the vibes?

This place is absolutely fantastic. Something for everyone: from the vegan to the gluten-free to the meat-eater. I had the ahi salad, which was delicious. The staff is wonderful, kind and personable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I especially love the blankets on the chairs which can be great when the wind picks up.
